Standard everyday hotel, perfectly within expectations relative to its price. Very close to the tram station.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Tram and bus step right next to the hotel. Good view. Relatively spacious room. Decent breakfast. This place is some of the best bang for your buck.

Clean and tidy little hotel with bit of arty feel with lots of nice paintings on walls and corridors. For the reasonable room rate a simple but good breakfast was even included. Car parks free at the back. Cleaners who made up rooms were excellent in cleaning our room.

The staff were professional and engaging. They answered questions and were quick to find a solution to any problem a guest may have. I appreciated their efforts on my behalf... The hotel was well lit, welcoming and clean. Breakfast was delicious. And the tram stop was in front of the hotel. Would stay here again!

It was spacious as compared to a typical hotel room (of average price) in Japan. Quite clean and toilet was bigger than the standard.

Great value for money with breakfast and ample parking on-site. The streetcar station is right in front of the hotel. If you buy the one day pass from the nearby office (1 station away), you can take unlimited rides to the tourist area. There's a laundromat next to the hotel.

The staff can speak English and mandarin Easy to communicate and they are very helpful. Good listening skills and well in explanation My children came down late for breakfast They did not keep the food after the breakfast time. They just leave there for us

Standard Hotel like you would expect. Get more than what you pay for depending on how you view life. It's also right opposite the horse racing arena so there's a /bunch/ of horsey art. This could be seen as a con too.

Staff were great, room is a good size compared to standard Japan hotel, quiet rooms at night, good airconditioning and windows to ventilate. Free breakfast a plus.

The best overall experience . free bicycle facility is very good , tram station is just outside the hotel, room was clean and spacious. staff is very polite and helpful
